Booking informations
Keys are to be picked up and dropped off at the reception of Járja Hotel & Pension at the
specified arrival and departure times. For stays longer than one week in the apartment, cleaning, as well as the change of bed linens and towels, is provided upon request. The apartment includes a free underground garage, which can be accessed from Fürdő Street 2.

Please notify us by phone in case of late arrival!
Since the apartment prices are designed for couples, accommodation for children under 12
years is free.
The tourist tax is not included in the prices, which is 600 HUF per night from 18 years of age!
o finalize the booking, we require a 50% deposit of the accommodation fee, which can be
paid with a SZÉP card or by transfer (details for the transaction will be sent in the
confirmation email). The remaining amount can be paid by transfer before arrival or on-site
before occupying the apartment. For bookings made within 7 days, we request 100% of the
participation fee. In case of cancellation when payment is made with a SZÉP card, we cannot
refund the amount paid; only the date can be changed.
OTP, MKB SZÉP card accepted.
– The booking can be canceled free of charge up to 14 days before arrival. In this case, the full
accommodation deposit will be refunded, unless the booking was made using a SZÉP Card.
– The cancellation fee within 14 days before arrival is the amount of the deposit.
– Cancellations must always be sent in writing to florenceapartman1@gmail.com.
Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate pets or any animals in our apartment, we
appreciate your understanding!
The Hungarian Tourism Agency introduced mandatory document scanning in 2021.
Accordingly, we need to scan the ID card of every guest and request their address card – for
postal code registration. For smoother administration, we would like to receive a high-quality
scanned photo of both sides of every guest's ID card and their postal code via Messenger
(Florenceapartman Hajduszoboszlo) or email (florenceapartman1@gmail.com).
