House Rules
The HAJDÚSZOBOSZLÓ, MÁTYÁS KIRÁLY SÉTÁNY 6. Társasház as an attachment to the organizational and operational regulations, the owners of the condominium establish the following house rules. The house rules are mandatory for owners, tenants, and guests of the building.
1. Any kind of vandalism and littering in the condominium area /common areas, stairwells, green areas/ is PROHIBITED!
2. Storing bulky waste and flammable materials in the storage room is PROHIBITED!
3. Pouring liquid substances and hazardous waste into the waste container is not allowed; the owner must ensure its disposal at their own expense.
4. In case of apartment renovations, the owner is obliged to collect the resulting waste /wallpaper, carpet, PVC, wood waste, glass, etc./ in bags or lockable boxes and dispose of it.
5. The garbage container door must be kept closed except during garbage collection.
6. Throwing trash, cigarette butts, or any other objects out of the building's windows or balconies, as well as shaking rugs, is PROHIBITED!
7. Noisy activities such as drilling or hammering are not allowed before 7 a.m. or after 8 p.m., and also not between 1 p.m. and 3 p.m. Industrial activities are not permitted in the apartment!
8. Disturbing the peace of other owners by loud noises, radio, TV, washing machines, or other noisy household appliances, as well as loud talking, between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m. is not allowed!
9. Entrance doors must be kept closed at all times. It is not allowed to obstruct the doors from closing /by pulling out doormats/.
10. Pets are not allowed in the building or in the courtyard!
11. Smoking is PROHIBITED in the apartments, shops, stairwells, and car garages! Smoking is only allowed in designated areas in the courtyard.
12. Apartment owners are liable for damages caused by vandalism.
13. Parking with vehicles is only allowed in the underground parking space or in the designated parking space belonging to the apartment.
14. The courtyard may only be used in a cultured manner without disturbing others.
15. If the fire alarm is triggered due to reasons related to any of the owners, the respective owner bears the costs incurred based on the alarm.

The general meeting of the condominium and the owners of the Florence apartment.
Guest Information
1. The 24-hour reception service of the condominium is provided by the Járja Hotel & Panzió reception desk, available in person or at the following phone numbers: +36-52-412-724 or +36-30-9452-663.
2. Key pickup and drop-off at the designated check-in and check-out times are handled at the Járja Hotel & Panzió reception.
3. In 2021, the Hungarian Tourism Agency introduced mandatory document scanning. Therefore, we kindly ask all our guests to provide a scanned copy of their ID card and proof of address – for registration purposes. For smoother processing, we request the high-quality scanned photos of both sides of each guest's ID card and their address ZIP code sent via Messenger (florenceapartman) or email (florenceapartman1@gmail.com).
4. For guests staying in the apartment for more than 1 week, cleaning, bedding, and towel changes are arranged.
5. The apartment is equipped with hairdryer.
6. The apartment is baby-friendly accommodation. Upon request, we provide a crib, high chair, and baby bathtub.
